Please note that Student Health and Wellness is not equipped to deal with major emergencies, such as heart attacks, strokes, broken limbs, active suicidal thoughts or any other life-threatening injuries.  Should an emergency arise while on campus, you should call 8911. For off-campus emergencies, you can also dial 911, or if you are able, proceed directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

ConnexOntario provides free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness and/or gambling. We are funded by the Government of Ontario. Our system navigation and information service is live answer 24/7, confidential, and free.
